SUMMARY:Understanding Author’s Rights: How to Not Give Away Your Copyright
DESCRIPTION:Often when publishing a book or article\, we fully give up our
copyright over the work to the publisher without even realizing we have
done so. Publisher agreements are complex documents that have the ability
to empower or disenfranchise our rights as authors. In this workshop\, you
will get hands-on training in how to decode copyright agreements\, as well
as resources and tools on how to negotiate and assert your rights as an
 author.
