Zotero for Citation Management
How do you keep track of all your sources for that research paper or dissertation chapter? Do you bookmark everything in your browser? Or, do you save citations in a Word document? What if it all gets lost? We have a powerful tool to offer for your research toolkit: Zotero!
Zotero is a free, easy-to-use software for collecting, organizing, and citing research articles, books, and other resources. Abbey Lewis, STEM Engagement Librarian, will lead this workshop, and will demonstrate how to get started with Zotero. Topics covered will include installation, adding items and organizing libraries, creating bibliographies, integrating it with Word and Google Docs to seamlessly create citations across styles (APA, MLA, Chicago, and hundreds more!), and how to sync your stuff online so you never lose it. Join us online via zoom, or in-person in Norlin E206 (CRDDS).
This session is tailored to Leeds School of Business and is open to everyone.
Co-organized by Leeds School of Business PhD students, Rick Reed, Ash Ganzoury, and Mallory Decker, the University Libraries, and the Center for Research Data & Digital Scholarship.
