Personal Data, Technology, and the Law
This workshop will provide an introduction to laws pertaining to computerized personal data nationally and globally. Participants will gain a basic understanding of foundational legal principles in computerized personal data in the U.S., E.U., and O.E.C.D. as well as current regulations. Participants will learn where to look for regulations concerning computerized personal data.
