Disseminating your research and engaging in public scholarship are both key to maximizing the impact of your research outputs. This workshop will introduce you to a variety of tools and strategies to help you spread the word about your research and assess the attention it receives. We’ll discuss a wide range of topics, including: 

• curating an online profile
• creating an ORCiD
• sharing your work in the institutional repository.

Also, learn how you can use Altmetrics and the Altmetric Explorer database to help you to leverage and evaluate attention your research is receiving online through social media, blogging, Wikipedia, policy documents, and more!
