Interactive Python Data Visualization with Plotly and Dash

Interactive Python Data Visualization with Plotly and Dash

Plotly is a modern, rich graphics package providing publication and presentation-quality graphics including Jupyter and webpage based interactive dashboards. Dash is intimately connected with Plotly and provides a robust non-JavaScript framework for producing interactive dashboards.

In this tutorial, we will cover the setup for the opensource version of Plotly and Dash and Plotly in a Jupyter Notebook environment and then explore the development of a full interactive dashboard visualization using real world data (COVID-19).

This tutorial is aimed at people wanting to get familiar with the free/opensource version of Plotly and Dash how to produce rich interactive visualizations for visual analytics and presentation.
