Open CU OER Review Workshop
The University Libraries are offering educators affiliated with the university an opportunity to participate in an Open Educational Resources (OER) professional development. This opportunity is sponsored by OpenCU, a project funded by a grant from the Colorado Department of Higher Education and with additional support from the CU Office of the President, CU Office of Academic Affairs, and the Office of the Provost.
Those interested in participating must attend an informational 1.5-hour workshop and submit a brief review of an open textbook.
The application deadline is February 3rd, 2020. All campus educators with current, paid appointments, including instructors/senior instructors, temporary/permanent faculty, and graduate part-time teaching instructors are invited to apply.
Selected participants that engage in the 2-part learning experience will receive a $250 stipend.
If you have questions, please contact the CU Boulder Libraries OER Leads: Melissa H. Cantrell, Merinda McLure, and Caroline Sinkinson. For more information, go to our OpenCU guide: www.colorado.edu/libraries/2019/03/11/oer-training-open-cu-boulder-educators.
