Using Social Studio to Mine Historical Social Media Data for Research

Social Studio is an enterprise-level social listening tool CU Boulder Libraries provides for all students and faculty. At its core, the tool has 3-years of full historical data for Twitter, public Facebook pages, Tumblr and other websites and blogs. This workshop will briefly discuss some case studies where Social Studio was used to download data for research papers followed by a hands-on workshop where participants will practice using Social Studio and Hydrator. No coding (Python/R) experience required. Please note you will receive a message from SalesForce (Social Studio) as we create accounts for this workshop.
