Parallel Computing with R
Is your workflow outgrowing your laptop? Run R code utilizing all cores of your laptop, or a supercomputer. You will start by learning to prepare and run R code with 'parallel' package on the RMACC Summit supercomputer to run R code examples across multiple compute notes.
Prerequisites: Minimal R coding experience preferred, but open to all levels. Please have R and RStudio installed on a personal laptop.
