"Making Virtual Worlds in the Classroom" Workshop

This hands-on workshop draws on Dr. Chris Johanson's expertise in conducting research-relevant, project-based undergraduate classes, and introduces participants to sample exercises, experiments, software, and tools Johanson has deployed in the classroom to engage students in reimagining historical events and places using virtual worlds.

Dr. Chris Johanson, Department of Classics, from the University of California Los Angeles will be facilitating this workshop.

This event is co-sponsored by Classics, History, Exploring Digital Humanities, the Center for Western Thought and Policy, the Graduate Council for the Arts and Humanities, and the Center for Research Data and Digital Scholarship at CU Boulder.
