Getting Started with Digital Humanities

Digital Humanities (DH) is an interdisciplinary field and community of practice that leverages technology in the pursuit of humanistic study. So, where should you start? This workshop will give a brief history of DH, provide examples of micro and macro DH research projects, and introduce commonly used methods and tools. Participants will leave with a better understanding of the state of the field, how they might apply it to their own research and teaching, and what resources are available to support DH at CU.
