Unpacking Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Scholarly Research

Unpacking Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Scholarly Research

This session is not a how-to session for using AI tools to enable scholarship. Rather, it is intended to be a participatory examination of current practices, ethical considerations, copyright, and other challenging but ongoing conversations around the use of AI in scholarship. We will delve into the social, cultural, and technological challenges AI presents to advances in research, with the aim of building a toolkit for engaging with conversations about the use of AI in these contexts.
