Literature Unlocked: Using Traditional and AI Strategies for Effective Research and Discovery
Join Engineering, Science and Design Librarian Emily Dommermuth and Computer Science Librarian Liz Novosel for a literature research workshop tailored for graduate students in computer science, engineering, math and physics.
We’ll cover tips and tricks for efficient literature searches using “traditional” literature databases and how to keep from getting overwhelmed by your lit reviews. We’ll also lead an exploration and discussion of several free AI literature search and discovery tools.
This is a hybrid event, 30 seats are available for in-person attendance in Norlin Library room E113. Or you can register to attend the workshop via Zoom. This is a brown bag workshop: feel free to eat your lunch during the workshop.
