Statistics in R

This 2 hour workshop is an introduction to statistics in R and is the third of a 4-part Fall 2017 semester R workshop series. We will use the same dataset used in the first workshops to decide on appropriate relationships to examine. We will learn how to implement commonly used basic statistical tests (e.g., t-tests, linear regression), and learn how to check their underlying assumptions. We will also learn how to visualize and interpret the results, and review some common errors in statistics.

Prerequisites: R and RStudio installed, and some experience in R. If you're new to R, please go through the Intro to R and Data Visualization workshops on our OSF site (https://osf.io/6jb9t/). All participants need to bring a laptop.
